We Help Maine's Motorcycle Injured.
As a member of United Bikers of Maine and a supporter of many motorcycle events throughout the state, we are particularly keen on pursuing cases in which motorcyclists have been injured. We recently settled two claims that each ran well into six figures. Although the bikes themselves received little damage, our clients received injuries that compelled the insurance companies to pay these large settlements without having to go to court.
It’s important that you seek advice from an attorney that understands Maine motorcycle laws and can effectively deal with the bias juries and insurance companies can sometimes have against motorcyclists.
